It's a mix of dance, hip-hop, cardio and tons of laughs. Its offered all over the city at different times, but my favourite class is tuesday nights.
The combo between the mix of friends, motivating instructor and getting some much needed stress out, makes this class a must every week.
Every once in a while there is a new "release" of music and dance moves, the current release I was not a big fan in its first week. Recently I got my hands on the full track list from the release and have been dancing in my place, the street, office and really anywhere else... I don't look tooo crazy doing it ;)
Sometimes there is nothing better than a few quick moves and fast-paced music to get you out of a funk.

My knee has been giving me a lot of trouble in the last week, and I finally broke down and visited the doctor yesterday. On top, of the doctor being quite steamy looking.. haha. He let me know he thinks im suffering from a common issue called Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome... and suggested some exercises to complete. He also suggested I think about visiting a Physiotherapist.
I hope this doesn't set me back in my recent goals of increasing my exercise level. I do start a 4-week Yoga course next week- which I could not be more excited about. Warrior Pose here I come!
