Ever had one of those days..... wait I mean weeks.. where nothing seems right?
Not necessarily because anything is wrong but you just feel a lil lost and not in check with it all?
I am feeling as though exercise/diet may help me. Of course though as soon as I feel that way my knee becomes such a pain that I think exercise will just make it worse.. my luck right?
Challenges. I think im going to take time this weekend to re-evaluate some things and attempt to set up a meal planish/ work out plan.
The biggest thing is remebering to take life day at a time and some times knowing things can get crazy.
Oh and to smile ;)
